The cycle route starts in Slovenská Ľupča at the crossing of cycle routes. From there we continue along the yellow cycle trail no. 8566. After approx. 300 meters at the industrial site, we turn left as shown by the cycle sing-post placed on the high-voltage pole. After a few tens of meter, we turn off the asphalt road to the right and continue for about 4 km along a forest road marked as a yellow cycle route. When we get out of the forest, at the crossing of roads, we sharply turn right to the 3rd class road, which after 2.5 km leads us to the village of Podkonice. Despite the fact, that the yellow cycle trail will continue to 800 m towards the little church, at the crossroads in the center of the village we sharply turn to the right and continue 5 km along the 2nd class road to the village of Slovenská Ľupča. Along the way we will have a beautiful view of the castle of Slovenská Ľupča. At the crossroad in Slovenská Ľupča village we turn right and after 300 m we arrive at the place where we started our cycle route.
Tip: If we do not turn right in the centre of Podkonice village, but follow the yellow cycle trail additional 800 m, it will lead us to the crossroads of cycle routes. From there we can continue either on the blue cycle trail no. 2558 to Donovaly sport centre (17km), to Moštenica village (3km), or following the green cycle trail no. 5563 to Kalište Memorial place (7,5km) or to Chata na Pliešťach chalet (2,5km).
