Big things can happen even in a small room. Every day we mix dough for rolls, bagels, fired doughs. We coat fish, cheese and meat for schnitzel. We whisk yolks and create homemade sauces. We cook fair, traditional, as well as modern meals. We always prepare fresh salads for omnivores and vegetarians. We probably have the smallest kitchen in Banská Bystrica, but the more appetite to fight for hearts of Bystrica citizens.
