The Science Festival will show you the work of ordinary people with an extraordinary profession – researchers and innovators.
On the last Friday of September, interactive presentations, discussions, workshops and many other science and entertainment enthusiasts will be prepared for you.
In Banska Bystrica, you can ask scientists about the latest things in science and innovation, learn more about their work and try different experiments at Europa Shopping Center throughout the day.
The diverse program will offer a preview of the work of geographers, natural scientists, historians and other scientists from local universities and institutions. The scientific stands will also focus on the natural wealth of Slovakia and the protection of nature and landscape.
The Science Festival was founded in 2005 at the initiative of the European Commission and is organized in parallel in 30 European countries.
